The path taken to find inner peace can be as hard or as simple as a person makes the journey of self-acceptance to be.

Inner Peace can be as simple as letting go, accepting situations as they are or taking steps to eliminate any identified stressors.

It’s amazing how just 15/20 minutes of yoga in the morning can make you feel and set you up for the day . A lot of those first thing aches and pains may well fade...And you don’t need to be rigid with your practice either - just try a few gentle postures and see how you feel ! .

It’s been 3 weeks of waking up at 4:45 am and my will power, mental focus and energy have increases tremendously! #5amclub #willpower #energy #morningrituals

Everything about this morning was SO hard but equally as rewarding.

I got up at 5:50am and was at Circuit Training @puregymofficial Salford for 6:30am. I was about two minutes late and looked like I'd just been peeled up off a road but I was there at least. (Am I right?). Of course the class was twice as busy as my first and one thing that didn't cross my mind was busy time = more people = a longer circuit. All I could see was 10 stations with my doomed fate written all over them, but I went with it and stayed because I didn't get up at 5:50 for nothing! It was so difficult *for everyone* and I found myself getting exhausted and hot very quickly. The instructor (I think James) kept pushing everyone when we got slow and was encouraging us to keep going which was motivating. To have someone there to remind you that you're slacking helps push yourself that extra bit further you would have given up on if you were your own.
Even though my body felt like it was evaporating into thin air I carried on thinking of how I need to up my game and get fitter in so many different ways, although better breathing techniques and not focusing on how tired you're getting really help to see you through the short term.
I felt refreshed, relieved and acomplished ( not forgetting all that microwaved jelly realness) and by the time I finished the class the day had only just begun.
I have booked 6:30am classes before but never made it as I couldn't get out of bed but today I did it and every day after today will get easier.
I decided to take a long shower in the changing rooms for the first time as living a 5 minute walk away, I usually go straight home. It was so nice to leave the gym ready for the day and I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed the shower. The hairdryer was a little slow but I wasn't in a rush to be ready so it didn't matter. (I'd recommend bringing your own if you need to be ready quickly). I've passed the first hurdle of waking up and being ready, I just need to keep it up. I'm now realising going to the gym goes hand in hand with a good home lifestyle.
