It’s days like this that are contributing to the kilos coming off. I’m down another 2kg this week, which is 10kg in total. .
The change in the last 4 weeks (YES it’s only been 4 weeks) has been phenomenal. Mentally, physically and emotionally I’m feeling like a whole new person. .

Happy to announce my second place winners ($150.00 cash prize each) from this past 4-week challenge! These are the 2nd place winners from all three sessions (one winner per session) and I decided to add a fourth 2nd place winner last minute🙂 I saw many of the girls go from only being able to do one push-up on the first day of class to easily performing 8-10 push-ups during week four. How fucking amazing must that feel?! Or planks dropping 15 seconds in on the first day to them being able to hold for 60-90 seconds on the last day. Amazing work ladies!
