Anxiety is one of the most harmful poisons we drink on our day to day basis! And it's a lot easier to talk about it than to fully deal with it! In fact, anxiety can blind us and turn us away from enjoying the beautiful life God has in store for us!
In order to face our anxiety we must:
1st Acknowledge your stressors- find the things that make you stress out.
2nd. Label the underlying causes of your anxiety- realize that most of the time what stresses us and causes anxiety has a deeper root than what we think, find those roots.
3rd. Pray- see what God has to say about your stress! Listen to how He deals with these issues that consume you. and
4th. Actively speak to yourself the way God would! You must change your self talk in order to change how you act as well!
