For my COFFEE - TEA and Caffeine Lovers!!! Regarding Metabolism-
I have a SLOWWW metabolism. I test out at -4 calories per pound of weight LESS, than other amazing ladies I pal around with that are active. SO what does it MEAN at the end of the day..... Wanna see?
130 lbs X -4 calories = -520 Calories
My friends can have 520 MORE calories in a day just to MAINTAIN current body weight. They can have an additional FULL meal or I have to offset it by BURNING 520 calories at one of my spin classes or Insanity workouts.
