STOKED!!! Over double bodyweight deadlift. Through all my ankle, knee, hip injuries and issues this has been a massive goal of mine. I did try for a second rep but only got half way before form went to complete shit and I had to drop it. But soooo freaking stoked to get the lift. Form isn't 100% perfect but don't care, felt good. Massive props to @australianstrengthcoach and his crew for everything I picked up at their Strength Seminar, still putting it into action and building on it.
