My form isn’t the best but I hit a PR that will be crushed again 💪🏽. Maybe I should look into using a belt for my deadlift lol. Doing Deadlifts correctly require a lot of energy make sure you eat well and sleep enough, if you don’t then you are paving yourself a road for injuries. Pushing yourself hard in heavy activities such as deadlift, squats and bench pressing will naturally rush testosterone through your body allowing you to finish your reps and causing you to grow 💪🏽so incorporating deadlifts and squats in your back and leg days will really help you in trying to build muscle #Deadlifts #3plates #315 #405UpNext #Fitness #Knowledge #GymLife

So wanted to see if I had a 140kg bench in me. So decided to #YOLO and see if I could do it.. I. Was pretty confident going in so pretty happy that I was got it. 140 was messy but 142.5 was a lot cleaner and a 7.5kg PB. Also decided to Deadlift as really enjoying at the moment... Worked up to 240kg 530lbs but accidentally time lapsed it so looks super speedy BUT in reality it was a slow ass rep... If you want to see in real time check out @planetdean2.0 story! MILESTONE SQUAT ACHIEVED. Last night at 1130 PM I finally squatted 3 plates. No belt, knee sleeves, body weight around 170.
Definitely rebound from the sleeves, but I'm really happy with the depth and the core strength I've developed from training almost exclusively beltless. In the words of Konstantin Konstantinovs, "This is my belt!". High frequency high intensity low volume training has been treating me pretty well. So has training naked knee. I threw the sleeves on last night because I failed at 265 naked knee and decided instead of going home I'd put the sleeves on for some extra work. My mentality was "well 285x3 with sleeves is better than a failed 265 single with no sleeves and moving on to lunges". Glad it paid off.
Of course shout-out to @shredbeefstein and @philpark16 for the advice and motivation. On to bigger weights. 225 bench soon, then 405 deadlift, then 405 squat. Let's fucking go. .

STORY TIME: not many people will read this, but i feel its important for anybody who has a weak spot or beginners.
Around 7 months ago during track season i remember i struggled, and i mean struggled hitting 315 on deadlift. Leg day was not my friend and i despised squats & deadlift, mainly because i wasnt good at it.
Thats when i thought to myself how what i tell others is to work on your weakness till its one of your strengths... just like that i knew what i had to do, which was get out of my comfort zone and smash some legs till theyre able to smash some real weight.
Now today im able to deadlift 315 for sets of 16😊😄 Hardwork pays off when you put enough in👊🤙
