Throwback to when i weighed 130 and now I'm 170 💪but have no fear im running once again. To tell you the truth I am not upset with where I'm at now but improving yourself is up to you at the end of the day. New goal is 160 of solidness. Ever since I had surgery on my appendix and having it removed from it almost exploding inside of me. I've been a bit too careful but Im back on track. 🏃♂️ If you guys think I should make my own fitness page leave a comment below & feel free to share your own personal goals.
