This voice is my biggest competitor and each run we tussle for power! Running has taught me to harness mental strength and the ability to keep pushing when you think you simply cannot go another step! Teaching me to love and empower myself from within 💕 . . I have come down with a bit of a winter bug this week. Typical sore throat followed by sinus and all that. What I have noticed is that my body used to take over a week to beat such a bug but this time it took two days of rest and yesterday I managed a run. I will admit my body didnt feel as strong BUT I managed to run! Being fit means my body has gotten stronger and can fight those bugs off in record time! What a bonus! . . . I am still looking for my next race to challenge me. Havent found one yet.... so the running has been slow whilst searching for inspiration. Next stop.21km....... That said my running may be slow but it hasnt stopped. Right now i am conquering my fear of hills with every run I do! And each hill gets a little easier. One. Run. At. A. Time.
