It's amazing the difference that 3 days of eating well, and refreshing your body, can make.
I almost deleted these pictures from my phone because there wasn't much difference. Here's the thing though... It's 3 days. Any change in 3 days is awesome. And really, I didn't do it for the inches or weight lost (although that's a bonus) I did it to get myself back on track with eating right. I feel SO much less bloated and I'm ready to keep my progress moving forward. These three days also put me in a better head space about my own body and helped me to remember that:
a) food is fuel,
b) when I eat like crap I feel like crap,
and c) when I treat myself well, mentally and physically, it shows.
