350x3! Bw 154. Huge PR for me today! Never hit 350 before and hit it for a triple today. Moved easy on the 4th but started to feel pain in my low back and I'm very attentive since I have a herniated disc so dropped it before I hurt myself. Still working on form and pulling the tension out of the bar so my first rep is as easy as my second rep. If I can figure that out, I think I probably already have 370.
