Yesterday I attacked my favorite workout with a goal of completing it under 2:00. I now know it is possible for me to achieve this goal BUT, I was 1 rep shy of completing the workout. I had a plan for the workout written on the floor below me but I forgot to include the remaining single reps. 6-5-4-3-finish with singles is what was written, along with times of where I needed to be at. I had told myself before I started, the number of singles it would take but that slipped my mind quickly when trying to do math during my workout.
