Working out in the first trimester has been a struggle. I'm exhausted almost every day and in the beginning when I was nauseous, the last thing I wanted to do was workout.
Despite wanting to sleep for the whole day, I made sure to get my workouts in. Not only is it important to me but it's important to stay active during pregnancy for obvious health reasons.
There are plenty of safe workouts and modifications that you can do, and even if it's just 15 or 30 minutes a day, I encourage you to get up and move! As always check with your doctor before starting any workout. My doctors have cleared me to continue all the workouts I was doing before I was pregnant but every pregnancy is different!!!
