Usually, the "problems" we have identified as holding us back from being happy, finding love, being more productive, making time to do things, taking better care of ourselves... Usually, we think our entire lives would have to adjust to see a significant change. Like we need a new life- find the reset button- and start all over! When it's small daily adjustments that hold the major KEY!
I've only had to use the RESTART button of life, as in, pack a bag and literally leave it all behind 1x in my life (When I left my ex)! But the day to day stuff honestly doesn't require as much complications as that. The frustrations and irritations and inconveniences that are keeping you tied up are easier to address that you think. Stop, step back and look at the "mess" as an outsider. Try to be as objective as possible. What one thing would you change in this mess to make it better each day?? Would it be to *Get up earlier to make time for you *Choose to keep those lips sealed rather than reacting so a negative situation AGAIN *Think before you act as usual *Say NO *Say Ok, yes I'll try it your way * Smile and say Thank you *Get up and Go to the gym instead of turning the tv 📺 on?!!
