Good morning everyone! 💕 Today is the first day of my ‘30 Days To Healthy Living’ plan with the NO1 global brand to healthy living, inside and out. This plan is not a diet (I don’t do diets) but it’s going to help kick start good eating habits and help educate myself on healthy living too.
I am SUCH a bad eater. I never have breakfast, very rarely have lunch and if I do then it’s whatever I can just grab and eat on the go and for dinner I always end up finishing the kids meals before then having my own HUGE portion late at night and snacking on things such as crispie M&M’s 🙄🙈
I struggle sleeping every night and I am constantly tired (my kids are great sleepers so not the excuse), I’m always lacking energy AND my moods can be so awful (ask Kyle). I break out in spots and I don’t have the same metabolism I had 5+ years ago which is now showing 😭😭
Being a Mama is just not an excuse anymore! I am SO fed up and have been for so long so decided I need to get my act together now.
I am super excited for all this plan is going to do for me - Not just the weight I hope to lose (FYI I don’t actually weigh myself and forgot to while at my mums yesterday) but how I’m going to feel too!
I’ll be updating my stories as I go along to help keep me on track. Prepare yourselves for some before and after pictures in 30 days... HWG!!!! 😬🙌🏼
