As a entrepreneur, my days can get away from me in a hurry. By creating easy habits I can keep my metabolism boosted and increase my productivity.

Been there, done that!

Desconheço sensação mais gostosa do que sentir orgulho de mim mesma, tanto quando me olho no espelho e vejo mais que um corpo atlético. Vejo muita dedicação, cada vez que recusei um almoço com meus avós e doeu o coração, açaí com amigos, as horas de sono que "perdi" para o ritual de toda manhã, vaccum, cardio, ☕️,suplementação, banho e trabalho...vejo os choros, os medos.. mas principalmente o quanto me dediquei para superá-los, passei por cima de tudo isso e transformei o medo em coragem, e quando eu me deito pra dormir e finalizo mais um dia, a consciencia tranquila é o travesseiro mais macio e aconchegante. "Se eu acredito que posso fazer algo, eu com certeza vou adquirir capacidade para fazê-lo! Mesmo que nao tenha acreditado no começo." - Mahatma Ghandi. Essa frase desse grande mestre, descreve o meu sentimento dominante durante toda essa minha preparação, sei sobre tudo que envolve essa vida que escolhi, há muito a ser feito ainda, mas sei como canalizar todas as minhas energias na direção certa. É necessário muita autodisciplina, cada vez mais! Só quero dizer que a maioria de vocês não fazem ideia da capacidade e potencial que tem, eu também não tinha. O único jeito de descobrir é se autodesafiando todos os dias, a cada obstaculo, a cada dificuldade, sua mente tem uma força poderosa e você já esta pronto para usufruir dela! E faltam 30 dias 🙏🏻💪👀. Vídeo feito agora de noite depois de 5 refeições concluídas 🥑🥜. Por que meu carnaval de resumiu em fazer o que eu amo, pacote completo de dieta, treinos e cardios, aproveitei pra descansar o que não consigo durante a semana🙈🤷🏻‍♀️🙏🏻💤💤💤. Feb. 10, 2018 vs Apr. 2017. I’m almost a year into my transformation, and I can’t tell you how much it’s changed my life. It’s taught me patience, because results don’t come overnight. I feel confident. I feel not just physically, but also mentally stronger, and it’s even somewhat helped with my anxiety.
No one else is going to make the changes you want to see in your life. Put in the effort, and never ring the bell. You never know how far you can push yourself if you never put down the phone, get off the couch and try.
