Since I have been on keto for 30 days I can tell you what’s good and bad.
Good for inflammation , I am now 💯 inflammation free, more energy. Bad : In my opinion very poor diet when it comes to vitamins and minerals . I have very dry skin and hair since starting keto, I sleep less, I get dizzy. I believe in getting my vitamins,minerals and all the essential from a real-food not a supplement. While keto is famous for fast weight loss but it does not give you youthful look (glowing skin). With that being said ,A balance diet with a healthy mixture carb,fat and protein is a key 🔑 . Since being on a keto my skin feels older(aged).
