When you get the green light from the PT to get back to leg work, you rig up the sleds for lateral drive steps.... track athlete @devincadena getting back to work the right way with me! Granted, track athletes shouldnt be going laterally on the track during a race, it's still important to hit multi-planer movements for athletes. #wegoeshard
