For an uninspired meal prep, this lunch is damn good! Shredded potatoes panfried and seasoned with smoked paprika and garlic powder, steamed okra, steamed broccoli (hidden), southwestern @perduechicken, @traderjoesfl reduced fat mozzarella and pumpkin seeds. A lot of flavour and texture variety, so delicious.

I’m at that point in prep where when people ask you how you’re doing, you don’t even lie anymore you just tell them you’re doing awful. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I have like a 3 hour energy window and I have to save those 3 hours so I can workout and make myself more exhausted for later. 😂

I love waking up and seeing what has changed before I eat food and bloat 🐥

Good morning! Who else woke up this morning and put in work towards their goals? 👏🏼👏🏼 that 0415 alarm can be painful but it’s worth it! I wore this shirt specifically for its message.. it says “be strong and do the work.” 💭 this shit is NOT easy. We all have our days but you gotta be strong even when you want nothin to do with the work it takes to accomplish your goals. You gotta think big picture and end result 💯 Cardio is done for the day and I ALWAYS drink my @5starnutritionwhitemanafb BCAAs during and after morning cardio since I do it fasted 🤷🏼‍♀️ fasted cardio does not necessarily cause more fat burn than non-fasted cardio but with timing and getting up so early, it just works for my schedule. Do what’s best for YOU 👌🏼 have a great Tuesday!!
