First workout video and just a sharing session for going heavy since I recorded this video to check and correct my form after gymming for 5 years w/o spotter #legdaysunday
Was Checking if my butt gets rolled inwards to my tummy. Leg presses #2ndworkout after my squat #1stworkout. #9plates12lousyformreps

Boon's #jabalangtips :
1) When doing leg presses, ensure that knees are not locked when straighten. #trustme You don't want your knee to bend the other way
2) lower hip and butt doesn't get roll in (careful of your spine). 3) Use the handle and pull your butt towards the cushion downwards
4) Stop when thigh touches your stomach or chest(for those damn flexible). 5) Position leg slightly above 90 when starting, (your legs should touch ur chest or stomach at 90) put pressure against the board and press up, more than 100, ur hips will starts roll in. #thinkforyourspine
Like pulling a trigger, engage 2 forms of pressure before pressing up the board and disengaging the lock
6) When shag: support using ur hands, push against your quads (slightly above knee) for the last few reps
