Just a general update. I didn't shat myself!

Attempted working my way up to 315lb but 305lb got the best of me. Not gonna upload that fail por que me awito.
Anyways did 295lb 1 rep max PR

Could've gone a little bit lower and maybe even pull off another rep, I guess I just wasn't mentally prepared.

At least I know what to work on next!

Weighing at 160lb still managed to squat kinda heavy in a sense.
