*27 weeks** -
Start of the week I was struggling with being able to eat - haha the story of my pregnancies so took a couple of extra days rest - but things are definitely better. (As seen on my stories my appetite had been really low - not a real concern we kept my water really high and it’s not as if I’m small 🤣)
Hit the gym 3 x so far and hoping this weekend I will get a couple in.
Recent changes made to my training ( weeks 25-27)
1️⃣I dropped the cardio slightly by 5mins but im going to build it back up - was just whilst calories were lower.
2️⃣Leg press range has reduce again slightly so knees don’t come as close to my belly- only wide stance.
3️⃣I’ve started doin more seated positioned exercise so less standing.
Energy wise in terms of my training has felt great, I get little moments where I wanna be lifting heavier (back day especially) but I’ve just stuck to my gradual reduction as now ain’t the time to be focusing on the numbers - I train because it’s my happy place, I believe it’s the reason why my energy levels are still high, the sickness has been low and also help me to not gain too much extra.
In fact the amount of comments when I was in jersey telling me how I seem really high on energy I think shows how good my training has been for me and I’ve still been able to focus my full attention on building @hodgsonhealth .
Summer holidays have begun now so everything I do will cater the fact I will be playing Mum and hope to showcase how lifestyle plus a huge factor - so more home based workouts , high activity levels outside gym.
