My teacher is an astrologer, and I happened in her talk on Chiron, which "just happens" to influence our attitudes and methods of healing ... During that first class, I knew I wanted to open the Reiki Door for others, and I completed Reiki Master training in 1991. It is Day 8 and I am on to the 2nd phase of this 21 Day Journey.
I am excited to say that I have LOST
5 POUNDS!๐ŸŽ‰ My thoughts so far:
-I havenโ€™t been hungry there is a lot of food.
-I do have occasional cravings ๐Ÿจ๐Ÿฐ ๐Ÿ•but realize that is all they are - cravings. -My body doesnโ€™t need cookies to nourish it. (I would definitely enjoy them but donโ€™t need them)
-It takes consistency and determination
-I talk to myself more than usual -Meal Prepping for the week is key -Indigestion is gone -I am not quite as achey

๐ŸŒŸ 1 C @paleohero primal โ€œmuesliโ€ which is a mix of nuts, seeds, dried cranberries and coconut shreds .
๐ŸŒŸ 1 Tbsp @madewithrawlove cocoa .
๐ŸŒŸ 1 Tbsp @mayversfood cacao super spread .
๐ŸŒŸ 1 Tbsp @nikkiscoconutbutter ( I used the Choc fudge ) .
๐ŸŒŸ 1 tsp @heilalavanilla .
๐ŸŒŸ 1 tsp filtered water .
๐ŸŒŸ1 pch pink salt .
Optional add ins;
โ–ช๏ธ 2 Tbsp @teresacutter_healthychef choc WPI - for extra protein .
โ–ช๏ธ 2 scps @vitalproteins collagen peptides - extra protein & gut healing goodness .
โ–ช๏ธ 1 tsp @myorganicsfoods Maca - hormone balance .
โ–ช๏ธ1 tsp @meadowmarrowbonebroth - gut healing goodness .
โ–ช๏ธ2 tsp @foursigmatic instant espresso - because coffee is life & it helps enhance the richness of the chocolate . .
โœณ๏ธPlace all ingredients except 2 Tbsp of your @paleohero muesli into your food processor or blender and process until well combined .
โœณ๏ธ Press into a lined mini loaf pan ( or you could spoon & press into a lined muffin tray ) donโ€™t forget to add the leftover @paleohero muesli.
โœณ๏ธPop it into the fridge for 30 mins to chill/set ( or freeze for 10 if you like me have no patience and want to get your eat on) .

Needed something fresh this morning the chefs here are amazingly helpful๐Ÿ˜‰
A Super smoothie for glowing skin and a fruit salad using the healthy chefs recipe:
2 handfuls green organic baby spinach
6 baby cos lettuce leaves
2 medium sized oranges
Juice from 1/2 lemon
2 cups of water, depending on how you want your consistency
1/2 teaspoon Organic Wheatgrass (I didnโ€™t have this ingredient)
1 tablespoon Protein Powder
1 cup of ice

COMBINE spinach, cos lettuce, oranges, lemon, water and wheatgrass.
ADD ice if you want a cool refreshing smoothie as well as the protein.
BLEND for about 15 seconds until smooth.
POUR into 2 large glasses and enjoy.
LEFTOVERS can be kept in the fridge for the next day or to enjoy as a healthy snack. #21daysofwellness #vitamixaunz
