My transformation is REAL. I look at these pictures and I still get inspired. Duuuude I am sooo freaking proud! I DID THIS because I believed in myself and pushed myself to be a bad ass! BUT I have to be honest I don’t diet. I simply follow a portion meal plan, drink a super dense nutrient packed shake and do 30 to 45 minute workouts. Shhhhut UP.. no way!!! YES it’s true. The day I decided to take my health and fitness serious is the day life changed for me. I feel freaking amazing and love helping people transform their lives as well. ...

You guys might be thinking “weird picture to post” but what you don’t know is when I first started these at home workouts I couldn’t even do this simple stretch at the end of the workouts. I remember feeling so ashamed. I remembered doing these stretches after soccer practice and they were so EASY at the time. I had let myself get so out of shape I couldn’t even hold my own leg up. I couldn’t reach my foot to hold it up. Then once I could, I couldn’t hold my balance. But I kept at it day after day and NOW it’s easy again.
All it takes to succeed is to keep doing the simple tasks over and over again.
Working out for 30 mins
Packing a healthy meal
Waking up an hour earlier
Making time for YOU
Making your bed
Drinking a gallon of water 💦

Cheat meals happen, to be honest sometimes cheat weeks happen! It’s just important to always remember your goal and to get back on track!! People think for some reason I don’t allow myself to enjoy food but that’s not true at all... I ate pizza twice over the weekend lol it’s all about balance and once you find yours you become unstoppable and you learn to make healthier choices with out even realizing you are doing it!! You guys.... I got out of bed early this morning bc I was actually excited about taking my 7 day progress photos!!! Being discipline is FUN WHEN YOU FOCUS ON WHAT YOU'RE GAINING!! Check your focus!!!! I shared my progress pics, booty and all 🙈, in my IG story!! Did I tell you that I'm giving up all alcohol through this program? Even while in Hawaii!! This is something I've never done before but oddly enough, I'm excited about it! And, I just pretend my neon yellow energy juice is wine every morning. Wine never made me feel as unstoppable as this yellow drink though!! I'm allllllll in this time around and it feels GOOD!

Day 15/21 LAST WEEK AHHH! A little nervous for the 45 minute workouts. Last time I did this program I still wasn’t in the best shape sooo I am excited to see how it’ll be this time around! Let’s hope Nat actually naps properly today. Cross your fingers for me please. Either way, it’ll get done, cause excuses don’t help me reach my goals.

There were moments during today’s workout that I pushed until there was nothing left to give - like I literally couldn’t do one more😜 This program is meant to push me to my personal limits. And I am here to say that it’s doing exactly that. Day 8/80✔️

8/80 // Fitness Diary
Slow & Heavy. Today was all about low reps and going heavy. And it hurt. 3 rounds, 10 reps ewch round. I don't know why, but I LOVE❤ fast, body weight workouts and really, really don't like slow lifting. .
But, #wedohardthings so I pushed through and I'm planning for a long Epsom soak later. Either way, day 8 is complete.

This weekend was really difficult emotionally so I am glad I set up the weekend as flex/free time for workouts as it gave me a true break during a time where working out was the last thing on my mind. Today I got up and took care of the animals but got straight to my workout and even did a bonus ab workout too. I had a yummy smoothie for breakfast. I am proud of myself for getting back to it after my weekend break even though I still feel emotionally drained. It’s a new day and I am going to try to make the best of it.
