Day 15/21 LAST WEEK AHHH! A little nervous for the 45 minute workouts. Last time I did this program I still wasn’t in the best shape sooo I am excited to see how it’ll be this time around! Let’s hope Nat actually naps properly today. Cross your fingers for me please. Either way, it’ll get done, cause excuses don’t help me reach my goals.
#motivationmonday if someone could reach through their screen & give me a lil smack for throwing out all the clothes that were too big on me, that would be great! 🤦🏼♀️ Forgot how much I love trying old stuff on lol! I’m coming up on almost a YEAR of doing these home workouts. Guys.. the longest i have stuck to working out before was close to 3 months. That is a HUGE victory for me. I so strongly believe that the team I have built of ladies is the main reason why I haven’t quit. Also YOU ALL 💖 All of you who have been following this journey of mine. I appreciate all of you. Changing the vibe of my instagram to health & fitness was scary. There’s lots of fitness pages out there, lots of other coaches, but I realized there’s only one me 🤗 Still find it crazy that I inspire & motivate people, but if anything that just proves that YOU CAN TOO! PS incase anyone saw the comments yesterday on my post.. I’d make a post correcting everything lolol BUT all I’m gonna say is.. anyone that knows me, knows there is no way in hell I would have joined a pyramid scheme. Calling it that discredits all my HARD work. I work hard for my income, I don’t sit around & benefit from others. So see ya later 👋🏼 Edit: K I had to add this in too 😆. My shake works out to being around 400 calories after I make my recipes, so yes it’s my meal replacement ☺️
