Ground beef (or ground turkey)
Half an onion
2 garlic cloves (or minced garlic)
Pink salt & pepper
Gluten-free Panko Italian bread crumbs
2 TBSP Graded Parmesan cheese
1 TSP of dried oregano
Some fresh parsley
Dice the onion into really small pieces then sauté the onion and garlic in a skillet.
Mix together the ground beef, eggs, bread crumbs, salt&pepper, parmesan cheese, oregano, and parsley all together.
Once the onion mixture has simmered for about 5-10 minutes then mix into the bowl with the meat. Stir all together until completely mixed.
A little trick to rolling the meat into round balls without getting your hands all nasty is to get your hands wet before you roll every other ball and it won’t stick!
Put in the oven on 425 for about 13-20 minutes until cooked through!
