Part 1:
A few months ago, I got into a car accident. Prior before the accident, I was doing weight training and doing HIIT workouts 3 to 5 times/weekly (thanks to @chescamiranda). I took up dance again (thanks to @fred.bk) and was out "partying" weekly (thanks to @darrenluistro for always inviting me out with the crew &. helping me to socialize again lol but most of all, thank you for your treatments to better my mobility)

Due to the accident, that all changed. I stopped everything because I wasn't allowed to do anything πŸ˜‘I didn't realize how inconvenient it had/has made my life. Unfortunately, I'm still in a lot of pain (so currently still in physio) but I won't bore you with all the details. It not only affected me physically, but mentally as well. As a result, it really challenged my relationship with SJ.
Fortunately, I made a decision to make a change. @johnjohnvictorino told me to come out more and surround myself with positive people instead of isolating myself. I legit was going through "poor me syndrome" / why me?" So being with everyone, I slowly developed a better mindset and started making an effort to meditate (thanks to @areesha_jacob @mmx_ahhyee @kchezelle) *Part 2 continues tomorrow (along with front view photos)

YEP It is... feeling good at the end of the day- each week I feel as though I've got more energy πŸ‘ŒπŸΌ so added in some 20mins afternoon stair sprints! .

This 21 day program challenged me physically, I pushed through each day and felt stronger as the workouts repeated each day. The workouts ramped up each week in duration and intensity and I proved to myself I could make some serious improvements on the moves that I struggled with most!

More importantly, this program challenged me mentally. I was at a point where I was struggling with my nutrition. Sure, I ate according to my meal plan 80-90% of the time. BUT I was allowing myself to make lesser than ideal choices like eating all bread carbs versus including sweet potatoes or a healthier option, or grab a handful of chocolate chips when I'd had a rough day, and drink past that one glass of wine I had factored in my meal plan (YES - alcohol is allowed!!) and drink 2-3. I was struggling mentally because I had slammed into a plateau in regards to my weight loss and my progress photos weren't showing the hard work I felt I had put in. .
When I chose this program, I decided I was ALL IN! I didn't miss a workout and only enjoyed ONE meal out at a restaurant throughout the entire program. I did however still enjoy a glass of wine on the weekends. πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

My hard work paid off, my results are in, photos posted below! In 21 days I lost an inch off my waist and a total of 5 lbs putting me at a weight I haven't seen in over 3 years!! πŸ™ŒπŸΌ What these photos don't show are the changes I see in my leg muscle definition, seriously, scroll down my page to see some videos of the moves and you'll see! 😊
