Anytime you need a little pick me up or just a nice break, step outside! ☀️ Fresh air is so under-utilised in how it affects our moods, at least for me. Sitting at a desk for too long indoors can make you feel confined and really does drag down your energy sometimes. I love taking my computer outside to work. If you can’t do that, take a quick walk. Smell the air, feel the breeze. It sounds silly, but it really helps get a little reset in you to lift your spirits!
