Makes 12 brownies
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Ingredients:
1 cup oat flour
3 1/2 scoops @1stPhorm Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Powder
2 whole eggs
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp unsweetend cocoa powder
1 tbsp baking powder
30 grams dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup stevia divided
1/4 cup water
200 grams cherries
1 tbsp vanilla extract
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Directions:
- In a small pot combine 1 cup of water and 1 cup of cherries and boil until cherries are pulp.
- Remove seeds, add in 1/4 cup of stevia, 1 tbsp vanilla and set aside to cool.
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray a baking pan with PAM baking spray.
- In a mixing bowl combine oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, 1/4 cup stevia, cocoa powder and stir, next add in the chocolate chips, eggs, 1/4 cup of water, coconut oil and cherry jam mixture and mix together well.
- Scoop into baking pan and place in oven.
- Cook for 20 mins, remove and allow to cool. Serve and enjoy.

Donuts:
- 1 scoop @1stphorm cinnamon cookie batter level-1 protein
- 1/2 cup of flour (I used coconut flour)
- 4-5 packs of natural sweetener
- 1/4 tsp of sea salt
- 1/4 cup of nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup of cashew milk (can use other milk if you want)
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- A few dashes of Cinnamon (Bc it went with the flavor vibe of the donut)

Frosting:
- 1/2 cup of nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 scoop of protein - 1 serving of fat free/sugar free pudding mix (8 grams)
- 2 packets of natural sweetener (optional)

Just mix 1/2 a scoop of #1stPhorm Strawberry Milkshake Level-1 Protein with 1/2 a cup Plain Greek Yogurt.

Start by mixing together all the wet ingredients (eggs, vanilla, almond milk). In a separate bowl whisk together all the dry ingredients (protein, flour, baking powder). Then add dry ingredients into the mixed and stir! I used coconut oil on my pan so they wouldn’t stick. Cook on medium until browned & enjoy😋

Instructions:
🔹2 ripe bananas
🔹2 eggs
🔹1 cup peanut butter
🔹1/2 cup oats
🔹1 tbsp honey
🔹1 tsp vanilla
🔹1/4 tsp baking soda
🔹1/4 tsp salt
🔹1 scoop 1st Phorm CTC Phormula-1 protein
🔹Blend in blender.
🔹Pour mix into muffin tins.
🔹Add chocolate chips.
🔹Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350°

🙌🏼🙌🏼 Whipped these up after work this morning👌🏼 & Omg🤤🤤 Here's the recipe (makes 8): mix together 2c oats, 1 scoop @1stphorm Vanilla Ice Cream, & 1/4c peanut butter powder. Add 1/2c @nutsnmore cookie butter, 2tbs agave, 2tbs coconut oil & 2tsp vanilla. Mix until combined then press onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment. For the chocolate sauce- 3tbs coconut oil, 2tbs agave, 2tsp vanilla, 3tbs cacao powder. Whisk together and pour over the dough. Stick the cookie sheet in the freezer for 20-30 minutes & cut into squares & done👍🏼💙☺ -

Oh, sorry guys I know I’m a day late with #MunchyMondaysWithNikolett but here I am and looking for all the cookie monsters😈👻 I got something delicious for you y’all. Carob/chocolate chip delicious cookies that guaranteed you wanna save 📍the recipe. 😉
I took @passion2befit ’s recently posted recipe as base and modified a little, however I feel like using chocolate chips instead of carob chips would have been a much smarter idea for extra gooeyness. 🍫🤤

The preparation is very simple with only few ingredients:
🍪100g almond meal
🍪1 scoop Protein powder (I used Level-1 Ice cream sandwich🤤)
🍪1/2 tsp sea salt
🍪1/2 tsp baking soda
🍪1 tbsp Maple syrup (I used Walden Farms)
🍪56g (20z) salted butter
🍪1 large egg
🍪85g carob chips/chocolate chips

Instructions:
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl 🥣 then combine wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Gradually add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Add carob/chocolate chip to the mixture and let the mix set for about 15-20 min in the fridge. Preheat oven to 🔥350 degrees🔥 and bake it for 15-20min.⏱

MACROS FOR MY VERSION WAS: 10F/9C/7P /cookie (serves 12)

🦃 With Thanksgiving only three days away I thought I would give you all a protein packed roll of deliciousness . This is way better then any store bought dessert you could ever purchase.😋 👉🏼CTC Protein Pumpkin Roll
Preheat oven 350.
Spray a cookie sheet.
Line it with parchment paper.
Spray the parchment paper.
Dry ingredients:
2 scoops 1st Phorm CTC protein
1/4 C oat flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp clove
1/2 tsp nutmeg
Wet ingredients:
2 egg whites
2 eggs
1/2 C pure pumpkin
1/2 C stevia
Mix drys.
Separately mix wet ingredients.
Add the dry to the wet.
Pour onto cookie sheet, smooth out.
Bake 10-13 minutes.
Immediately take out flip on to a long sheet of tin foil.
Careful peel the parchment paper off.
Roll up.
Cool.
Filling:
1/2 C Greek yogurt
2 oz Neufchâtel
1/2 scoop 1st Phorm Vanilla Milkshake Protein
1 tsp vanilla
Mix together until smooth.
Once the rolled cake is cooled, unroll and spread with the filling.
Re-roll carefully.
Cool at least an hour.
Cut into 8 slices.
Enjoy!

Meal prep this for the week and cut into 7 slices.
Mine did turn out a tad different but... I made mine with level-1 and not Phormula-1 it is because I used Level-1 and I forgot to add salt 😩 👈🏼 level-1 doesn’t bake well or fluff up and I completely forgot about that when I ordered my protein 😢

1/3 C 1st Phorm Loop D Fruit Protein
2 TBSP coconut oil
4 C marshmallows
4 C fruity pebbles
Over medium heat melt coconut oil. Add marshmallows. Stir until melted. Add protein and rice cereal stir until mixed. Spread over a 9x11 pan and allow to cool 15 minutes. Cut into 16 squares and enjoy!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup nut butter of choice
1/2 cup milk of choice
80g oats (a little less than a cup)
4 scoops protein powder (I used @1stphorm ‘s Phormula 1 Naturals in Vanilla)
84g mini chocolate chips (6tbsp)

Directions:
Heat nut butter in the microwave in a large bowl (about 45) seconds then stir in milk until completely combined. Add oats & protein, stir. Then add chocolate chips. Dough should be THICK. Let dough sit in fridge for at least 30 min then roll into 10 balls & store in fridge!

I’m going to be honest, I’m not much of a baker so when I️ see people making baked goods from scratch I’m like eh 🤣 so here is a quick recipe with a boxed multi-grain muffin mix that had the best qualities compared to the other boxed mixes. I️ always love sneaking in extra protein in my foods 👍🏼Watch the video to see how easy it is! Below is all the ingredients you need:
1️⃣Lehi Heart Health Multigrain muffin mix
2️⃣1 scoop @1stphorm Level-1 Strawberry Protein
3️⃣2tbsp oil
4️⃣1 tsp cinnamon
5️⃣ 1 tsp vanilla extract
6️⃣ 1 1/2 cup water
7️⃣ 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries (pat dry so they don’t get mushy baking)

Place in fridge to keep fresh longer 😋😋😋

- 3 egg whites
- 3/4 C stevia
- 8 oz pure pumpkin (like Libby's)

Slowly add dry mixture to wet mixture.
Pour into pan
Bake 22-28 minutes

· 1 cup oat flour
· 1 tbsp baking powder
· 1 tsp baking soda
· ½-¾ cup unsweetened applesauce
· 1/3-1/2 cup dairy free milk (I prefer unsweetened cashew milk)
· 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
· 2 scoops 1st phorm protein (I used Ice Cream Sandwich today)
· Optional: depending on your protein flavor these would be great adds into the batter!! frozen blueberries, dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs, walnuts, diced apple - Combine all ingredients except for your optional ones in a high speed blender or mix by hand. I mixed by hand for control and to be sure the batter wasn’t over mixed!
- Add optional ingredients if applicable
- Spray waffle iron with nonstick and cook according to your waffle iron’s directions! Mine beeps when it’s done thank god.

I’m obsessed with these pumpkin protein muffins that I made yesterday! 😍 They are super easy too! Just blend all of the ingredients together in a blender and bake for about 20 minutes at 350.

Ingredients:

1 cup Canned pumpkin
1/2 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
1/2 cup Plain Greek yogurt
3 Egg Whites
1 3/4 cup Old Fashioned Oats

1 cup Stevia

2 tsp Baking powder

Apple pie protein pancakes🙌🏼🍏🍎😋 I'm taking a rest day today, so I slept in & then made these babies🙌🏼 Recipe: whisk together 1 egg, 1/2c apple cider, & 1tsp vanilla. Add 1 scoop protein, 1/2c flour, 1tsp baking powder & 1/4tsp cinnamon. If the batter is a little runny add some more flour. Pour onto a girdle on med/low then cut your apple slices & place on the top before you flip 👍🏼🍏 -
