Why are calves SO hard to GROW, and how do you make them GROW !? -

- Prioritize them 1st !!! Your CNS, blood flow and energy levels are fresh so the connection will engage more effectively. The order selection has a great effect on how it responds to growth as well... ALWAYS follow with a heavy compound lift . -

- Think about all the time you give specific days for your arms, chest, quads, glutes you get the picture. Make time for them ! It doesn’t have to be a day for just calves but incorporating them into your daily training. -

- I do 2 movements per week, but I’m always aware of muscle engagement whatever I’m doing. Even as simple as taking a step on the stepper I’m mentally focused on them!🔑-

- Here is a good way to work on hamstrings incorporated with a standing calve raise. Got a nice stretch! Push hips back trying to keep back flat almost as performing a good morning . These were killer !!🔥 Give it a shot, let me know what you think!! -

Even when I was younger I was always an outdoorsy kid- climbing trees, building forts in bushes & spending countless hours at the barn.

As I've gotten older, I still spend a lot of time at the barn (& money 😂💸), but instead of climbing trees it's evolved into mountains!
