What does the word diet mean to you? For me, it's a lifestyle, there's no end date to my diet, I'm not trying to reach a target so I can quit and go back to old habits. This is the mentality that needs to shift if we want sustainability in our eating habits. True health is achieved by consistency to something that is easy. Meal replacement shakes, calorie counting, and deprivation does not equal sustainability, it equals yo yo dieting and defeat.
