The T-Bar Row has always been that exercise that you've seen your favorite bodybuilders performing with 6 plates screaming "light weight..light weight" 😎. Meanwhile, the movement they are performing could resemble a variation of an Olympic lift, deadlift and Row combined... 😳🏋🏼

Listen, I get it. I get that you do things a certain way because Mr. Olympia does it that way and he is massive and you want to grow up to be big and strong like him. The reality: you are not him and you will never be him. I get countless messages a day about making things more complicated than they need to be or that you're just doing that to sell a program, blah blah blah.

My mission is to inform as many as I can about safe, effective, and intelligent training to ensure you can maximize your results in the gym while minimizing the risk of injury. It's that simple.

💡Now, there are some cues for this exercise with the focus on stimulating the back:
-
✅ Stabilize your core and scapula
✅ Think to drive elbows back
✅ Hinge at the hip
✅ Allow the muscle dictate your ROM, not the movement itself
✅Spend time where there is tension
✅Own every inch of the rep!

❌ AVOID the mistake of allowing yourself to "pull" the weight, protraction of the neck, and using purely momentum to move more weight or achieve a greater ROM.

🏋🏼‍♀️ I would recommend starting with 3 sets of 8-10 reps. You will need to lighten the load to start and then once you better master your execution, work up the intensity.

生後1カ月〜生後2ヶ月編 ☑︎あーだけじゃなくあーうーとかうーとか喋るようになった
☑︎生後1ヶ月過ぎくらいから#指ちゅぱ をするようになった
☑︎微笑むだけじゃなく声出して笑ったり満面の笑みが増えてきた
☑︎生後2ヶ月前くらいから首から頬にかけて湿疹が出てきた(今はもう治った)
☑︎#追視 するようになった
☑︎生後1ヶ月半くらいから上から吊るされてるおもちゃを手で叩いて遊ぶようになった
☑︎新生児期より少し表情が豊かになってきた
☑︎6〜8時間、多い時で10時間まとまって寝るようになった
☑︎ミルクは1日5〜6回
☑︎4110㌘☞4800㌘くらい

新生児期より肉づいてきて笑ったり遊んだりするようになってきた☺️泣くのも減ってきてどんどん出来ることも増えてきて楽しい👶🏻ちょっとの変化でもすごく嬉しく思えちゃう😂💗体重の増えが少し緩やかで夜にまとまって寝るのが長くてミルクの回数が減ってるのが原因なのかな🤔無理に起こすのも可哀想だし出来るだけ起きてからあげるようにしてるけどこのまま体重の増えが少なかったら無理に起こすべきなのかな🙄
