So I'm trying intermittent fasting (not eating for 16 hours), only had cereal at 2pm & missed my next meal because I woke up late from a nap but still managed to hit a Pr on deload week LOL

If you all are interested.... week 1 of my prep went well. My decrease of 500cal per day resulted in a 3.6 pound loss so I'm currently sitting at 143 lbs. 😜😜😜 I'm not really doing any intense cardio at the moment. I'm drinking 3.7 liters of water a day and working out 6 days a week. I'm eating around 1700cal and following a iifym plan. I'm excited to see what the next week holds πŸ€—. #19weeksout
