4 days post comp. And im back in #meetprep
First clip. 1x1 #squat at 485. So 3 things happened. Loss of t spine extension (bar rolled onto my traps and turned into high bar), weight got over my toes and knees caved. Not sure what caused what, but thats what @stanton_strength is for. Despite being a 20lb pr in sleeves, this weight felt very duable. My overall execution wasnt good enough, but im having a hard time being upset about it.
Clip 2. 3x5 #squats at 325. Right knee was a little pissed after the failure so went kinda light. My big focus on this set was speeding up the first half of my squat and slowing down the 2nd half (hitting the hole slower), something jordan has been on me about.
Clip 3. I feel like this is a big win. 1x1 #benchpress at 340. I feel like this moved like an opener. Funny things happen when you touch high like coach says. Thanks @meekshow for the lift off!
Clip 4. 2x5 #bench with 275, no leg drive.
Clip 5. 2x8 #slingshotbench with 275.
Clip 6. #floatingdeadlifts 3x3 with 405. Can we talk about my back? Ha ha. Im pretty happy about this.
