Workin a lot of volume over the next 6 weeks. 135x12, 225x12, 275x12, 315x12, and last set hit a new PR after sets with 405 (shown). Followed by some snatch grip pulls. As with the rest of this week took bigger jumps then normal and went heavy failing all week. 585 then 565 then 595 felt off groove i wantef to try it again cuz i thoight i could push through but had a calice about to rip off so saving it for the meet. 2 and a half weeks out from comp. 425 warmup then 465 warmup then an attempt at 500 no go today. Worked on jumping bigger then normal between sets. 500+ will happen in this meet i usually pr in all lifts after my week off. #198er

So had a bad but good day. Jumped higher in warm ups shown is 585 then 635 then went for 7 wheeels but didnt make it. Chiropractor this morning becuase my back has been swelling up just from bending over for 2 seconds. Once i take my week off and heal for this meet ill be in good shape. #198er #squats less then 3 weeks out.

445x1 warmup 475x1.5 then 405x6 then 315x18 feet up ..... #198er ... besides being sick still couch and conjestion i had a slight pull deadlift day when we had 700 in the rack with reverse band. I pulled the otter right pec. Which i was nervouse to get tight and drive tonight so i backed off. Hopefully by next week ill be good to push it to the limit.

645x1 then 675x1 #198er saved a little for my accessories since its not technically peak week

440 warm up then 455x3 then 455 for a 7sec pause then 365 burnout on incline #198er

Couldn't get this acid reflux under control so cut my set of 615 short a rep or two and moved to sets about 3 inches below knee cap so I didn't have to compress my fat ass stomach 😂 #198er

Today was just one of those days... goal was 525x5. First set did 525 x 2.5 tore a callus on the 3rd so was going to use straps and well the straps tore to. Took that as a sign and just shut it down. First 2 reps felt good though.

8/9 at the #SueStrong charity meet. 560 squat (walked out in 2.5m @jbboss_lifters4lifters wraps while practicing dropping into the hole) 15# "meet" pr. 325 bench no pr there today back starting cramping on warm ups and didnt expect much. 560 deadlift which is 15# "meet" pr as well. 1445 total which is my best yet by 34#. .

Mini prep ish for #SueStrong charity meet in d port. Using shorter wraps and walking out in prep for uspa meet. Also trying to learn to drop into the wraps and get depth. This felt ehh but realized i hit the straps after watching the video so ill take this. Hoping i can get more confidence with dropping into the hole faster. @dbell_74 .
