Mountain Goč is having very special place in my heart. One of the first hikes with my late #father were on this #mountain. First raft ride on a lake was on this lake. First field school trips were here. I spent important part of my #childhood here.

It was hot and I started kinda late (9:30am) but I was determined to ride #bicycle to Children's Center Goč and ride back. After first few miles of climbing one could easily notice that I live in flat part of north #Ohio. I'm definitely not a climber. It took me an hour and 40 minutes to climb and less than an hour to descend. All in total littleI over 64km (40mi). I loved every part of my ride today. Training with @tridotsystem is definitely making me stronger every day.

After almost 2 years of strength training I still hate the sled 🙄But RRIII constantly yells at me that it’s a good exercise to push through for IM training and he’s right (he’s a certified instructor right?? 💁🏼‍♀️😂) It does develop solid strength in glutes, calves, hamstring, quads and core but also improve your aerobic and anaerobic conditioning. But I’ll still likely hate it 🤷🏼‍♀️ #strengthtraining
