I got these candy colors from @letteringbox a few boxes ago. I love these colors!! Especially the apple green. This message is also amazing, it was me about 2 years ago when I thought about lettering and calligraphy. I always wanted the pretty handwriting for cards and weddings and now I'm slowing achieving my dream! .

Losing that belly fat is not easy 😅

No peeps you can’t spot reduce where you lose your body fat so don’t even ask ✋🏼😂. Each person tends to hold bodyfat in different places and that’s genetic. Most women tend to hold their fat in the butt and thighs but for the few with my body type we hold it more in the upper body/midsection.
No matter where you store your bodyfat the only way to reduce fat in those areas is being in a consistent caloric deficit. There is no way I can lose my belly fat without having my nutrition on point 🙅‍♀️. Working out is easy for me.. dieting is harder and takes more effort 😅 BUT you will make the most progress if you adhere to your diet. When you get to that point where you want to give in and be like “ugh I just want a freakn 🍪🍦🍕🍔 ” don’t give in. It’s going to feel uncomfortable but thats where I make the most progress. That being said.. given the type of diet you’re following, goals and you as an individual, you may be able to have those things within reason and still reach your goals. You also don’t want to restrict your calories too much, do a crash diet, be in a huge deficit etc. Yes diets/caloric deficits work but there is also an optimal way of doing it. Doing it the less optimal way will lead to ultimate failure, ruin metabolism, bad mentality towards food/self, yo-yo dieting, possibly more fat gain and more.. I’m only mentioning this because Ive talked about caloric deficits many times but never mentioned the wrong way to go about it. Nutrition is simple but it’s also highly individual. What works for someone maybe not work for you or it could be the best diet in the world but if you can’t stick to it then it’s not the best for you.
Just find a plan you enjoy and can stick too and do some werkkkk 💪🏼🔥 Weight difference is 140lbs (left) 126lbs (right) & height is 5’4”.

I really don’t have much to say but I do want to get into this waist ⌛️ not quite but I’m getting there.... #140lbs any who let’s get in the Chapter 40 🤷🏽‍♀️ I can’t get over I’m going to be 40🤦🏽‍♀️ but where though😜😜😜😜 #notfishing or looking for attention just showing my weight loss💋💋
