It was tough getting back after it this week. So much #food and #overeating the past few weeks. Combined with #inconsistency in my #workouts but we made it! After a good #bicep and #tricepsworkout my plan called for a #run so that's what I did. A very slow and relaxed #recoveryrun
Something about me you should know. I do not like to run. I've disliked it for as long as I can remember but I know it has to be done for me to reach my goal of #10percentbodyfat
For anyone that is against running due to disliking it, I suggest to download the @nikerunning app. They have guided runs and they are pretty cool. I've used it twice so far and will keep using them for now.

First #workout of the year in the books and I thought I'd share my #progress so far. Had a setback on my journey to #10percentbodyfat but was able to get back on track.
Sometimes you fall off of the #fitness wagon but it is important to remind yourself that tomorrow is another opportunity to be better. The holiday season is difficult to stay on your path but think of it this way: If you normally put on 5-10 pounds during this time of year but this time around you only put on 3-5 pounds, you're doing a great job. #justbebetter ....even a just a little.

Not too long ago this would have been a level of leanness with which I would have been satisfied. Not so anymore but I’m not concerning myself with it all that much. I’m just enjoying the now and know that I will look the way I want when I so choose. The only thing I do is restrict myself to #bulletproofcoffee until 16:00, after which I consume whatever I desire - which isn’t much. My bodyfat percentage has finally reached 10 and now I have adaquate amount of leptin to feel satiated again. It’s a nice feeling and while I have missed it I won’t have a problem with parting ways with it in a couple of weeks. I am excited about how #carnivoreketo and #zerocarb will make me feel. No more inflammation or hyperinsulinemic episodes... but that’s in January, right now I’m going to the store and get myself some goodies. 😇

This is one of them Instagram posts showing someone overweight and who decided they weren’t having it... Back in March I lent over and I saw a roll on my body, felt my skin on my skin and I was horrified. I looked over at Nik and said I’m gonna try the gym with you...we started a major weigh training program, completely overhauled my diet (which was appalling), along with doing an intolerance test a few months ago to find out I’m yeast and cashew nut intolerant (and partially gluten intolerant)...8 months later I’m currently at 10% body fat, 80kg, looking and feeling much better about myself. The anxiety about going to the gym on my own has gone. Thanks everyone for their support, it means a lot. Ok! So looking back at myself at the beginning of the year! Yes the image on the right is from 1/31/2017. The image on the left is Today! 12/6/2017.... I’m hoping to shred the rest of this body fat by the end of the year! Or at least by January 31, 2018... Then we can see a 1 year transformation. However, I am thrilled about my results thus far. I moved to KC at the beginning of 2017 with a very specific set of goals to accomplish, I have no distractions here so it made it easy to focus. I have accomplished every single one of the goals I set in front me. Personal ones, health, financial, and my car! That was my Birthday/ Christmas present to myself. I made 2017 Ma’bitch!
