I'm the new guy at this gym. But already I've met a few dudes, gotten compliments and some that were a little extra. But more than anything I looked in the mirror... I don't have any major complaints but I noticed one thing.. I'm going back to my original motto... I refuse to let anyone I know outwork me!
The first Leg day after a hamstring injury is probably the single handedly tense day ever. Squatting, leg curls, and lunges had me nervous and sweating. But I got through.
Then I hit back... But I noticed. I HAVE A FUCKING MUFFIN TOP AND I WEIGH 226 😂 But I'll be back where I wanna be soon so I'll just enjoy the process.
Week stats! Pretty happy, two days not feeling well, but still managed to average above my minimum 3400 calories burned. Diet has been on point, feeling pretty good about continuing to work towards my goals!
