A little embarrassed but here's the updates . First pic (the left) was in December 2016 154 lbs. Really hard on myself during that time . Second pic (right) 130 lbs June 2017. 💪🏿 #10lbstogo couldn't be happier. Last year was really hard for me both mentally and physically. It just feels amazing to be back ! #10monthpostpartum

Something fishy... Homemade fish cakes for tea.
Couple of my main ingredients and the awesome benefits:

High in B vitamins and niacin great for boosting immune system and energy levels. Ich sehe noch ihren Blick 😄 So richtig begreifen konnte sie es irgendwie noch nicht 😅 am Tag davor war sie mit den Großeltern bei uns in der Klinik und da schaute sie ganz gespannt ins Babybett aber es war noch leer 😐🙈 und am nächsten Tag war sie so aufgeregt als sie kam . I got motivated by @zuzkalight I remember watching her #youtube video back when I was 17 years old. The first time I try her workouts I noticed My legs felt different I guess I was pump ✊ I didn't know Much of Fitness but I Started to do research and I knew that Exercising would be My passion. After recovering from a c-section I felt stronger and capable of doing anything, it took time to accept My new self. It was a long journey trying to recover, I remember losing weight and I was getting frustrated because I wanted to get back on track asap, with the help of My love ones I was able to see the positive side of What Became My #Motherhood Life 👨‍👩‍👧. My goal is to Motivate others & to all the Mother's out there is never to late to make New changes.

The other Day.

When I set out on my postpartum fitness journey I didn't have many goals other than... loose the baby weight 👶🏼 Now, I am 10 months postpartum and am getting muscles in places I didn't know I could get muscles 💪🏼 I know postpartum bodies are weird. I get it girls- you are preaching to the choir 🙋Carrying a baby and delivering a baby is such a miracle and a wonderful season but it's okay to say the after body is just plain hard. We have lumps and bulges in places that we haven't ever seen. CHANGE TAKES TIME!!!⏰ These photos are two months apart and they hardly look any different. It can be easy to feel like you're not making any progress. Taking progress photos is a great way to see how far you've come! It's up to you whether or not you share or keep them to yourself. When I look closer I can see the difference in how my shorts fit. I can also see more of an hour glass ⏳shape appearing instead of a box📦 shape.
