Exclusive Navaratri Special Recipe For Paneer Rava Kichidi Using "RAJAS SEMOLINA FLOUR"
Ingredients - Rajas Semolina Flour – 1 cup, Ghee, Finely sliced onions, Curry leaves, Green chilly halves, Ginger and garlic finely chopped, Panner fried with ghee and kept separate, Diced tomatoes, Mustard seeds, Urad dhall and cumin for “talikeran”. 10 easy Steps:
⭐Heat ghee in wok. You could opt for coconut oil as well.
⭐Add mustard seeds, urad dhall and cumin seeds and allow them to splutter.
⭐Next add the curry leave and allow leave to splutter as well.
⭐Add onions and fry till becomes soft and transparent.
⭐Once onion have soften, slowly add green chilli along with ginger and garlic and fry till aroma is smelt.
⭐Add the diced tomatoes and give the whole pan a good stir fry.
⭐Add carrots and mix well.
⭐Once its mixed well, add Rajas Semolina Flour and combine it well. Also add some water to the mixture to help cooked the semolina.
⭐Add turmeric powder and gharam masala( if intended) along with the paneer cubes.
⭐Finally add coriander leaves and its ready to serve.
