Set yourself 4 goals, be they wanting to achieve a perfect right split or a stronger bridge, or even the ambitious spike.
Let us know what those goals are (you're welcome to either private message us or tag us on FB/Insta/Twitter etc). The intention is to stretch every single day. We advise that this follows an ample warm up and that each stretch is held for 30 seconds (4 reps is usually good practise). Take a picture of your final stretch of each 4 goals and then cool down.
Then post (or DM) us your daily progress reports.
