Fun Fact Friday 🏆 100 Club App Founder Caine Eckstein first won the Coolangatta Gold when it was reintroduced after a 10 year break at the young age of 19. He has won a total of 5. Will he race and go for a record 6th title ?

1. Results are earned when it feels hard, your too tired, or think you can’t do it. If it was easy, everyone would be fit. Anyone can do something when they are fresh, it’s what happens when you feel like you couldnt, wouldn’t or shouldn’t do it. No excuses, Play like a champion
2. Just because someone has been fit, lean or strong their whole life doesn’t mean they don’t understand the struggle it takes to get results. It’s actually harder. It’s harder to keep pushing yourself mentally and physically to continue to succeed, find new limits and set new standards day in day out.
