Two posts in one day..? Why the hell not? Lol
See, the thing about fitness that I love is that there's always something to chase after.... gaining weight and muscle, cutting down, prepping for a show or competition or just trying to be in the best internal and external shape you can. I said internal first bc in my mind that's the most important. You've gotta be happy with where you are before beginning to chase a goal bc you can't ever let a goal of a certain look control you. If it does, you'll never actually be happy with yourself. In saying that, I've achieved the look and mindset I've wanted to this summer so my plan for moving forward........ I'm going to maintain this look for the next month to month and a half and then I'll go into a growth period (improvement season). I want to focus on building my legs and lower back which will in turn aid in developing the rest of my body bc I'll be doing a lot of compound movements.
What's this really mean?? Bring on ALL the food🍤🍗🥔🍓🌯🍔🍣!! lol I'm really looking forward to enjoying life with my family, friends and those who mean the most to me. Also participate in a combined 25,000 calorie challenge considering the #10000caloriechallenge was too easy for me💁♂️ lol. -
