Sharing my breakfast & lunch challenge for 14 days!! No meat, no dairy (except eggs), no desserts, no cheat days! Yes to low carb, veggies, fruits, legumes, nuts... 😁💪🏻👊🏻 My snacks are usually fruits & nuts, for dinner oatmeal with fruit or dried fruit & seeds / toast with peanut butter / smoothie / salad / coconut yoghurt with berries/ ....something easy & simple.
My daily kcal intake is about 2100kcal & I work out 4x a week.
Trying my best to follow 50 % carbs, 30 % fat, 20 % protein diet... I would love in future to reduce the carbs intake (45%), and increase the protein (25%) instead.
