happy wednesday! today is very special bc my baby boy is FIVE! 🎉 seriously so bittersweet..he’s my everything and i just can’t believe this day is already here..time flies i tell ya! mama’s hold your babies close bc they don’t keep 😪we’ve got big plans celebrating for the next few days and tonight he gets to choose where we go to dinner! i’ll give you one hint what he choosing #🍔 .
i made this shakshuka beauty awhile back and it was phenomenal! i used a toasted piece of @labreabakery whole wheat french bread and mashed a half of avocado on top, added a pasture raised egg cooked in shakshuka,((ingredients are just roasted peppers, onions, cilantro, tomatoes, EVOO, garlic, spices, salt)) along with organic feta and cilantro 👌🏻to garnish.
