HEALTHY KOREAN BBQ FT. RIB EYE 🇰🇷🍖🌱🍚

🍖5 oz rib eye beef, thinly sliced.
🍖1/4 c brags amino liquid/gluten free soy sauce.
🍖2 teaspoons sesame oil.
🍖2 teaspoons minced garlic.
🍖4 tablespoons stevia
🍖pinch of red pepper powder (고춧가루) or black pepper -
🔸Thinly slice beef and set aside.
🔸In a separate bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, sweetener/sugar, and red/black pepper. 🔸Pour the marinade over the beef and let it marinate for 10 minutes. (Because the beef is thin, you won't need a long marinating time.)
🔸Pre-heat your frying pan/skillet on medium to high heat and grill your marinated meat!
🔸Total grill time is less than 9 minutes both sides due to the beef being very thin. Be careful not to overcook.
🔸When it's all done, you can serve with a side(s) of your choice. (I chose a green leaf lettuce as a wrap and rice like we do in Korea) Enjoy! 😋
