My respond was pretty simple -
Ok!
(I did 185lb x 10 singles last Sat.)
Tips for myself:
🤜Use legs drive
🤜Keep the bar close to the body
🤜Contact higher during 2nd pull
🤜Shrug
🤜Pull higher on 3rd pull
🤜Keep my shoulders close to the ears

昨日我分享了有關肱二頭肌的訓練,今天我想分享三頭的訓練。
事實上,如果你希望擁有強而有力的臂彎,訓練三頭是必須要的。三頭訓練方法很多,大家可以利用槓鈴、啞鈴、cable 、甚至利用身體重量去鍛練。

另外一方面,三頭跟二頭一樣,你不能只作Isolation 訓練,訓練者要多作compound之動作,
三頭訓練包括: Dips, Bench Press, DB Press, BB Overhead Press, DB Press, Push-ups...然後才到Isolation動作,例如Cable Triceps Pressdown, DB Triceps Extension....等。

知道每次轉教練都會有「陣痛期」,呢幾個月不斷顛倒、打亂我對跑步既印象。
第一個月甚至好似唔識跑步,跑極都唔啱feel,再加上去日本進行訓練都依然愈跑愈無,因為表現唔理想,感覺一直將訓練既費用掉緊落海,然後因為花錢花時間但做極都唔好而有灰心...
自從HK Championship未算有明顯進步,但至少我搵到比賽既感覺,重拾對比賽既熱愛!
