I know I need to practice planche more but I have shoulder problem, so if shoulder condition is good I can do.

I often did tucked planche by gymnastics rings, but second practice is with resistance band.
This practice is copied from @evadiamantopoulou .
My form is still bad but I knew my weak point from this practice.
