My stomach has always been the hardest area for me to lose fat and tone up. I've hit the working out really hard this weekend and just finished an 8km jog. I'm no where near where I want to be, but I do feel I'm finally starting to make some progress. My goal is noticeable abs by 30 years old.
Side note, 5 years ago today I boarded a plane to come to Taiwan. I would have never guessed that what I thought would just be a short adventure would turn into a home. Time flies!
