Honestly in love with this restaurant🤤 Everything is made from real food, whole food, no processed food. This is a plant based Cold Noodle from @plantseatery the restaurant I talked about in my first post.
What is kelp?
📌1. Kelp is made from a brown seaweed that grows in deep water. It is raw and white almost clear in appearance. (but not all kelp noodles are raw) You can actually found it in many Asian cuisine. It is high in dietary fiber and a diet that is high in dietary fiber can reduce the chances of getting heart disease and constipation🙊
📌2. Kelp are good for people who want to lose weight because they are really low in calories. 1 serving has less than 10 calories👀 and they are also gluten free. (national nutrition)
📌3. Kelp noodles are rich in iodine and it can prevent hypothyroidism. BUTTTTT👉🏼kelp noodles are naturally high in sodium, so if you are making kelp noodle dishes, try not to add salt.🙅🏻 .
