1st time trying out my new "Power + OCR" workout, which is 1 of 4 workouts that focus on different elements of fitness alongside Spartan focused training. In total, everyone did 100~130 burpees, 60/45 reps of legs, 60/45 reps of core, 60/45 reps of chest/tris/shoulders, sprinted 1.3 km, did 72/36 reps of chin-ups/inverted rows, and ran a 6 station obstacle course. I was a little afraid it was too much, but everyone seemed to love it and pushed themselves to the end. That's why I love this community.
