[INGREDIENTS] 10 medjool dates, pitted, 1/2cup cushew nuts, 1/2 oats, 1/4cup shredded coconut, 1/2 tbsp matcha powder, 1/2tbsp chia seeds, 2tbsp maple syrup
STEP1) Place all the ingredients into a food processor. Process for one minute or until finely chopped and blended.
STEP2) Using a spoon, scoop out balls of mixture. Roll between your hands to create evenly sized balls.
STEP3) Refrigerate for a few hours then enjoy!
