PLEASE READ TO THE END* 💕So this is from earlier this year...and I know that I've opened up about this in the past. But to those who don't know, I have struggled with anxiety and depression for a quite a while. I have not been clinically diagnosed...but I know that I have experienced those things fairly dramatically.
Going through such a low time, I've grown so much and found parts of myself that I would have never thought imaginable. Golf is obviously a big part of my life and I have lots of goals that I'm striving towards. But my vision has changed a lot in terms of why I play golf and what my calling is. I feel that my purpose is to help people and change lives. And because of that, I wanted to share a little about my journey and something that has helped me especially over the past few months.
I've done just two sessions with Joni @rttnyc (Rapid Transformational Therapy) and I've seen quite a bit of improvement in my mental health. It's helped me to improve my self image, negative thoughts and emotions, and I find that I'm starting to love myself (which is something that has been very difficult for me). Just after 1 session I already saw improvements in my anxiety and depression and I'm now starting to use it to work on my golf aspirations. Not saying that things will instantly become rainbows and butterflies...because it won't. 😂 It takes lots of work and effort. Lol. And your intention has to be there. But I can honestly say that it has made things so much better and easier for me. I wanted to share this with y'all because I believe sometimes it takes just a small step in the right direction for things to get better. No matter what you're going through, I believe RTT can be a positive influence to your life.
